Julia Matthews is Senior Vice President of Portfolio Operations at Malk Partners, an SLR company, where she leads ESG portfolio value creation and monitoring for private equity owned companies. Previously, Julia built and headed Peloton’s ESG function, establishing the company’s sustainability strategy, disclosure infrastructure, and stakeholder engagement program during a period of rapid growth. Her work centers on translating sustainability into measurable business value, including through margin expansion, exit readiness, regulatory responsiveness, and supply chain resilience.

Education

Julia earned her B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and her M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. She is based in the New York tri-state area.
