Anastassia is a Senior Vice President at Malk where she leads Malk’s Multi-Strategy practice, supporting ESG integration for US private market GPs investing across asset classes – from program development and diligence to portfolio stewardship and reporting. Anastassia also leads Malk’s internal Solutions team which drives the firm’s research and reporting. She has advised dozens of GPs on building right-sized, comprehensive ESG programs and led consulting teams performing ESG diligence on hundreds of deals. She also helped develop Malk’s ESG portfolio monitoring and ESG data services, scaling how Malk partners with PE-backed companies to manage ESG over the hold period.

Prior to Malk, Anastassia worked at Notch Partners, where she advised private equity clients on executive-driven buyout and growth equity strategies.

Education

Anastassia holds a BA in Sociology and English Literature from Colgate University.
